Shipping container rental in Riga and across Latvia

If you need a container for a limited time - during construction, a move or a renovation, or for seasonal goods - renting is often better value than buying. Conway rents out shipping containers short and long term, with delivery across Latvia and an option to buy the container later.

A shipping container is a strong, lockable and watertight steel room. It protects belongings and materials from the weather, and it can stand on almost any level spot.

What container rental is good for

  • tool and material storage on building sites;
  • storing belongings during a move or renovation;
  • a store for seasonal goods or equipment for a business;
  • temporary storage on a farm, in a garden or at an event.

Which container to rent

We rent standard shipping containers in different sizes. Tell us what you need it for and for how long, and we will suggest the right size:

  • 10ft container (about 16 m³) - when space is short and you have a few things to store;
  • 20ft container (about 33 m³) - the most popular choice for building sites and households;
  • 40ft container (about 67 m³) - for large volumes and business storage.

All sizes are compared in our guide to shipping container dimensions.

Rent or buy?

Renting makes sense if you need a container for a few months. If you plan to use it longer, buying a used shipping container is often cheaper - it keeps its value and can be resold later. If you cannot decide, choose rental with a buy-out option: rent the container first and buy it later if you wish.

How rental works

  1. Tell us which container you need, for how long and where to deliver it.
  2. We prepare an individual rental offer.
  3. We deliver the container and place it on site with a crane truck or a side loader.
  4. At the end of the rental we agree on collection or buy-out.

Rental price

The rental fee depends on the size and condition of the container, the rental period and the delivery location. We prepare rental terms and a price for every customer individually - fill in the form or call +371 62005550.

Delivery across Latvia

We deliver rental containers in Riga and across Latvia. Smaller containers come on a crane truck, and a side loader sets the container down next to the truck - even in narrow spots. Read more under Transport services.
