New one-trip shipping containers
A new, or one-trip, shipping container has made only one voyage - usually from the factory with its first load - and is in near-perfect condition. It suits shipping cargo, long-term storage and conversion into a home, office or sauna.
Why choose a new container
- Valid CSC plate and ISO standards - the container can be used for shipping straight away.
- Near-perfect appearance - no rust, dents or old paint.
- Longest service life and a higher resale value.
- The best base for conversion - a new container is easier to insulate and finish.
- A clean, dry interior for goods where cleanliness matters.
Standard or high cube
New containers come in standard height (2591 mm outside) and as high cube, which is about 30 cm taller (around 2896 mm). High cube is chosen for tall goods or when the container will become a living or office space - after insulation the ceiling stays high enough.

Colour
New containers are usually made in standard RAL colours such as grey, blue or anthracite. You can see the colours of specific units under Containers in stock and read about colour codes in RAL colour codes.
Price and delivery
The price of a new shipping container depends on its size, height, colour, quantity and delivery location. Some new containers are available right away - you will find them in the stock section with photos and, for many, a price. We deliver across Latvia and the Baltics and place the container on site with a crane truck or a side loader.
New, CW or WWT: a comparison
| Condition | Appearance | For shipping cargo | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| New (one-trip) | near-perfect | yes, with a valid CSC plate | shipping, long use, homes and offices |
| Used CW | signs of use | yes, with a valid CSC plate | shipping and storage |
| Used WWT | signs of use, possible dents | no | storage |
If you only need storage, have a look at used shipping containers too - they cost much less.
